A Beautiful Practice For All Your Dental Needs
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as our skilled staff warmly welcome and treat all patients as if they were family.
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone (415) 681-2697 or email. Appointments are available - often times same day for patients in pain. We warmly welcome all patients, especially new patients seeking first time appointment help.
Our office is UNIQUE in that we help our patients bill their MEDICAL INSURANCE PLANS to successfully reimburse the patients and overall REDUCE THE PATIENTS' OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES for qualified surgery cases such as bone grafting and dental implant surgeries. We are also an experienced MEDICARE provider. We can help ALL MEDICARE PATIENTS with their oral surgical needs. Please give us your medical insurance plan information so we can help you determine if your plan has specific coverage for your surgical needs.
We are more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you (medical and dental) and help you recover maximum benefits and minimize your out of pocket expense. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are cash, checks, health savings accounts, healthcare related credit cards,or any major credit card.
No dental insurance? No problem! We can assist you with no interest financing for most dental treatments. Please ask one of our friendly, experienced front desk staff for details.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing our practice for your dental and oral surgical care.
